Jim began his Commercial Real Estate career with Davis & Associates/Synermark in Austin where he focused on Investment Property Sales. He moved to Waco in 1996 and was a top producer at Kelly, Realtors and then Coldwell Banker, Jim Stewart Realtors. He started JS Peevey Company, LLC. in 2006. Jim graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

CCIM Designation #15714 (2009) - The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation is awarded by the CCIM Institute to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. Jason Attas joined JS Peevey Company in August, 2007 after nearly seven years of sales in the biomedical device industry. Jason is a long-time Waco resident, having graduated from both Waco High in 1993 and Baylor University in 1998 with a degree in philosophy.

Jason has laid a solid foundation in commercial real estate by brokering deals on six downtown buildings in his first year in the business, in addition to an impressive volume of retail and office leasing.
